Émile Cotte (Baca'v) opened this French bistro with a warm Portuguese influence. The premises exude a simple and welcoming charm, enhanced by Lusitanian music. The delicious food is cooked by a chef of Portuguese origin in an accessible Mediterranean style: crispy sardines, fragrant piquillo pepper sauce vierge and spicy aioli; free-range pork, cockles and mushrooms, with mashed potato made with cooking juices and chives. The dessert, a caramelised lemon and cinnamon cream, focuses on freshness and simplicity.
