Adjacent to the historical site of Fort San Domingo, this restaurant has grown from a tiny shop to a sizeable establishment since opening in 1971. Metal tube furniture and exposed brick walls lend the cosy space a faux-industrial feel. It is best known for its generous portions of golden fried pork chop rice served with pickles and diced dried tofu. The fried rice, noodle soups and soy-marinated meats are also popular. Expect to queue at mealtimes.
