Taiwan's first crab-themed kaiseki restaurant has live matsuba and taraba crabs shipped from Japan every week. Kegani crabs and puffer fish also feature when in season. Set menus at different price points showcase two kinds of crabs in all their glory, using up to six different preparations and cooking techniques. Ask for counter seats to be close to the action or a room for more privacy, and book at least a week ahead.
