Once a stately gentlemen's club, it is now also home to a restaurant with striking decor in soft shades of green. The high, sculpted ceilings are stunning. In the open kitchen, the chef creates inventive, occasionally daring dishes that always highlight the finest Dutch ingredients. Think raw kingfish rolled in herbs, accompanied by various textures of red cabbage, including an aromatic kombucha and a horseradish ice pearl. The presentation is elegant, the flavours often bold and the chef's ambition shines through in the thoughtful details and generous touches.
