There's a slightly industrial feel to the room, which comes with a high ceiling, a central bar and an unusual trapezoid window to the rear that makes the most of the daylight hours. It's owned by three friends and, unusually for the city, has a loyal local following thanks to both its laid-back ambience and its concise, market-inspired menu that offers the likes of halibut with sweet potato gratin and miso sauce.
