Chef / owner Mauricio Leal shifts his a la carte and tasting menus with the seasons and displays a pride of place with a Mexican-focused wine list. Open with the blue corn quesadilla of octopus and pancetta, followed by a dish of risotto adobo. Creamy and studied with gently cooked shrimp or catch of the day, it's a satisfying main dish. For dessert, the classic classic flan of box with boozy caramel wilce doesn't miss a beat.
