This upscale restaurant has been serving the freshest local seafood since 2004. As in other similar establishments, the norm is to take your pick from the live fish tanks, or the display cases for cold appetisers and dim sum. In the signature dish, the razor clams' natural sweetness and bouncy texture is highlighted by scallion oil. The sizzling claypot rice with chives and marine spoon worm is another must-try.
