Its eponymous restaurant (the name comes from a Mapuche legend in which women walked with their heads bowed to avoid meeting the gaze of a handsome young god) is located on a beautiful estate with stunning views of the Andes mountains. The multi-course tasting menu balances creativity with accessibility and reflects the best of each season. Our recommendation?
