Chef Horacio Zàrate Franco, who has a flair for presentation, composes creative cuisine with South American notes. At lunchtime, diners can compose their own menu, while in the evening the chef is given carte blanche. A buzzy vibe reigns, thanks to the people skills of the hostess.
