After its move to the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey, this intimate restaurant has taken a new direction, respecting the essence of its 19th-century grocery store origins and remaining faithful to its culinary philosophy of minimal intervention, in order to respect the raw ingredients and traditional techniques as much as possible. You can sit at the bar or the table, for six or four diners respectively, as you enjoy a menu that constantly revolves around Canarian produce, with salted fish, marinades, tartares, macerated dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. There are no stoves here and the dishes are prepared to order!
