Green velvet is a prominent feature, with contrasting splashes of orange on the semi-circular banquettes. Well-crafted traditional Shanghainese and Jiangzhe classics like braised wheat gluten, sautéed "dragon beard" shredded mandarin fish, and osmanthus honey glazed Jinhua ham.
