Occupying two floors, and more extensive since its renovation in a more contemporary style, its focus is on local and traditionally inspired cooking with a modern touch, with lots of attention to detail and daily specials influenced by market availability. Make sure you try the salmorejo, the veal croquettes, the mini-patatas bravas, the flamenquín, and classic dishes such as oxtail.
