Here, the central counter (where you can also eat) takes centre stage, with the open kitchen behind it enabling guests to view the production process in full flow. The fusion-style menu is highly personal and includes recipes from different parts of the globe (the aubergine with white miso paste and foie gras came as a particularly pleasant surprise). It also offers two interesting tasting menus (Clásicos and Especial del Chef).
