The cuisine is showcased on an impressive à la carte and two set menus (Mercado and Cruce de Caminos) based around traditional recipes from the region which have given a modern twist and an added international touch, and make the most of the very best local products. We particularly enjoyed the cod cheeks with a pilpil sauce, a dish that they also make with hake.
