It's a Mexican and live fire concept with global influences where creativity and originality reign supreme. Case in point? The grilled bread that kicks off the meal that's served with a bone marrow butter, served in the bone with hibiscus salt. And that's just the beginning. Compressed watermelon is a riot of colors and flavor, then a classic chile relleno is revamped with a Pasilla chile, stuffed with a "scallop chorizo" with gooey cheese, and fried until crispy. Pork belly in a Recaudo Negro sauce sided by carrot puree and a croquette of plantain puree is highly original. The friendly, welcoming staff caps off the experience.
