The grounds are stunning, while the restaurant has a rustic elegance with a high ceiling, stone and brick-lined walls and floor-to-ceiling glass.The menu is a fusion of Baja and Yucatan specialties. Highlights include salbute de pato, comprised of fried masa tortillas topped with shredded greens and a generous amount of slow-cooked, shredded duck pibil. Slow-cooked lamb atop mashed potatoes liberally sauced with birria broth shines in borrego tatemado.
