As we begin the 2026 NBL1 Central Season; both programs have entered an exciting new phase under new Head Coaches — Miles Pearce (Men) and Matt Hunt (Women). Women’s Program The core group returns after narrowly missing finals in 2025, and we’ve added two high-level NCAA Division 1 imports:• Cali Clark (San Diego State) – a dominant interior presence who brings size and physicality.• Dara Mabrey (Notre Dame) – a dynamic scoring guard currently playing professionally in Greece. Amy Cotton will also be a strong recruit. Amy is coming off playing for the Houston Christian Huskies in NCAA D1 and will provide a great presence on both ends of the court. The group is hungry and well-positioned for a strong 2026 campaign. Men’s ProgramUnder Coach Pearce, the roster has seen strong new additions, including:• Campbell Scott (NZ point guard)• Mason Whittaker (6'10” big)• Thomas Kurowski (University of Chicago, 6'5” wing –Import) & Inady Legiste 6'8 (Big Man Import) Chok Garang has also had a strong pre-season. Chok is a defensive beast, using his size, length and athletisim to disrupt opposition teams. Get 8 tickets that you can use throughout the season. 1 at each home game, or all 8 at once! An exciting season ahead with special events including: Anzac Round, Hertiage Round and Past Players Day, First Nations round and our ACBA round.
