TANGERINE DREAM is one of the most influential bands in the history of electronic music. Founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese, he revolutionized the sound of the genre, combining hypnotic synthesizers, ambient sounds and master electronic improvisations. Their work became an inspiration for generations of artists and forever changed the face of music. During the tour, "Level Tour 2027" we will hear both legendary classics that shaped the sound of the electronic scene, as well as modern compositions inspired by the philosophy "The Quantum Years", continuing Edgar Froese's vision. TANGERINE DREAM is a music group creating electronic music, founded in 1967 in Berlin by Edgar Froese. Their breakthrough album "Phaedra", released in 1974, won gold record status in the UK and was the band's first success under the name of Virgin Records label. The material from this disc became a milestone of electronic music. Over the last 60 years Tangerine DREAM has released over a hundred albums. Their early albums from the "Pink Years" period played a key role in Krautrock's development. Albums from the "Virgin Years" period helped define what became known as the Berlin School of Electronic Music. These and later albums influenced the development of electronic dance music. Although the group released numerous studio and concert recordings, a significant number of their fans met TANGERINE DREAM thanks to soundtracks for films.
