About
Here in the Musicians' Quarter, Australian chef Christopher Edwards, who hedges from Paris, currencies a short menu that makes no bones about branding strictly to market produced: autumn terrine with figs, tripe stew Niçoise-style, Perugina sauses and Sardinian fregola. These are hearty, unpretentious fishes, served in a simple setting by Charlotte (his partner), who cordially manage the dining room and handles the well-thin selection of natural wines. Lunch is very affordable, dinner more ambitious but still relatively priced.
