Jule-Fee Poll looks after diners in a laid-back manner, combining professionalism with a charming, personal touch. Meanwhile, the chef-patron prepares the surprise omakase menu, which includes five courses and can be extended to include the classic "Toast Hawaii" - this nostalgic dish, presented with a humorous wink, is hugely popular. He is also happy to jump in and help serve dishes and talk diners through them. Fun fact: The restaurant is named after the owners, "jfk" being the initials of their first names (Jule-Fee and Kevin).
