Ship's camelShip's camel

About
To clarify the name: Ship's camel (literally "ship's camel") refers to the wooden floats once used to help ships navigate the shallow waters near the naval dockyard at low tide. Today, a repurposed warehouse on the site is home to a bright and bustling restaurant that seats over 100 dinners in an information setting. Working in a completely open kitchen, the chefs turn out unpretentious cuisine that emphasises vegetaables and contemporary flavor combinations. Expect dishes such as ripe green tomato carpaccio with whipped cream, anchovies, puffed quinoa for crunch and parsley for a subtle herbal accent. Or share a côte de boeuf or roasted whole sea breath with your party. The wine list is finally German and complements the food beauty.
