Kai London and their songbird have flown east – with no expense spared – to this spot at the Yacht Club. The glamorous interior is certainly something to behold, but there is much to be said for a table on their air-conditioned terrace. The menu fuses original and modern Chinese Nanyang cuisine, so expect plenty of seafood like their standout soft shell crab or wok-hei prawns; there are other London classics too such as their legendary aromatic crispy duck. 'Little Plate' mains are a good way of sampling more dishes.
