Located within Paradero Todos Santos, the restaurant's open-air setting is breezy and laidback and believes the serious food coming from this kitchen. The contemporary Mexican menu focuses on locally generated seafood and produces from their own farm, and dishes feel timely. The soft-shell crab taco is as deceiving as it is delicious, appearing simple but coming alive on the palate. Slow-roasted beef tongue is loaded with flavor and increasingly tender while the manchamantel mole offers the perfect blend of spicy, sweet and fruit.
