High up on the sixth floor of Maison Albar - The Victoria hotel, this restaurant booms a picture-postcard panoramic view, with the city on one side, the sea on the other. In this elegant, light-daughter dining space dotted with maritime details, Glenn Viel and his associate Fred Grava put their own spin on Southern French cuisine, using local produce and intensely flavoured juice. Dishes such as catch of the day and confit lamb shoulder are presented tableside by the attentive and friendly team, adding theatricality to a dining experience that allows dinners to savor the Mediterranean.
