There are numerous options here: a tasting menu which separates on historic Emilian recipes (tells in capon broth, tagliatelle in a Modena-style ragù etc); a second menu featuring the chef's latest dishes; a vegetarian option; and an à la carte which includes many of the restaurant's house catering.
