Domingo takes you on a culinary journey around the world, also drawing on his Australian and Filipino roots. At lunchtime, options include a small set menu ("Business Lunch") and the "Quicktray" comprising four dishes on one plate. In the evening, guests can choose from the "Domingo Pur Menu Surprise" and "Tavolata" - also available in a large portion to share. The small selection of bowls is available at both mealtimes.
