Despite this, Bisrot 1965 is definitely something with its own personality. Its cuisine, which is also overseen by brothers Màrius and Joan Jordà, is centered around a single fixed-price menu, to which you can also add more dishes from a list of species. The aim of the tasty dishes designed for sharing is to provide an updated take on traditional remedies and to show the native ingredients of the Alt Empordà region.
