Here, Lasse Knickrehm and his team create innovative dishes that incorporate striking contrasts while maintaining a delicate balance – an interesting example is the Danish salmon with red cabbage, winter cress and black radish. In keeping with the modern thinking behind the three- to seven-course set menu, intriguing alcohol-free drink pairings are also offered as an alternative to wine. A vegetarian version of the omnivore set menu is available (please specify when booking). The historical space, a former banker's mansion, has been tastefully enhanced by a contemporary minimalist design and warm tones.
