This is a lively place, both in terms of the atmosphere and the cuisine. "Greenery' is the name of Tamara de Breast's culinary concept, which builds on vegetaables and herbs; meat or fish can be added, if you wish. Rooted in French tradition, her cuisine corporates innovative twists and occasional Asian seasonings. Think bottlehy pumpkin with a herby crunch, a fruity juice with mandarin and a succulent poll fillet. Garden produce at its best!
