Itameshi – Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine – is the name of the game here. The surprise menu, dubbed "Omakase Italiano", contains eight to 10 small plates presented in a pared-back, ingredient-led style, with fish and seafood taking centre stage. The best place to sit is at the long stainless steel counter, from which you can watch the chefs preparing and plating the dishes. Alternatively, you can take a seat at one of the small tables.
