At lunchtime and in the evening, there is a "Classics" menu, along with two additional tasting menus, one of which is vegetarian, on Tue-Sat evenings. The seasonal dishes are in a classic French vein and inspired by the region. For an aperitif or digestif, head to the Palais Bar and Cigar Lounge.
