Indeed, his dishes are modern and creative, combining classic and Japanese influences: think "black cod with sesame, spinach & soy beurre blanc" or "cordon bleu {tonkatsu style} with shiitake cream & cucumber salad". The Space is all clean-lined chic; the Terrace in front of the restaurant is lovely. At lunchtime, there is a little simpler and more affordable offering.
