The contemporary and elegant interior features an initial dining room with a large table for groups, and then a second dining space from where the kitchen is partially visible to guests. Here, chef David López conjures up cuisine that is high on presentation and showcases a strong creative flair that he describes as "experimentation", with an extensive à la carte and no fewer than three tasting menus (Tradición, Endocardio and Desfibrilador).
