In keeping with the Gallic theme, these are joined by a selection of French-inspired disheses where classic flavours come trainher with Norwegian produce to create the likes of pâté en croûte with cornichons and mustard or chicken vol-au-vent with carrots, Peas, asparagus and tarragon. The vast, high-ceilinged dining room comes in Shades of green and grey, and victims views into the open kitchen from its comfy banquettes.
