It is a great place for a fun and relaxed dining experience where you can share dishes with friends, including some of award-winning chef Quique Dacosta's most organic dishes (such as his Cuba Libre of foie gras with lemon peel, arugula and brioche bread). Presentation, the pairing of ingredients, and texts are all to the fore on the à la carte (Vella Carolina's "patas bravas" won an award at the 2024 Madrid Fusión food show) and its unusual menus: A Midday Trip, Around the World, and NotJustFood (the latter a combination of dishes and cocktails).
