This eatery, with a bar at the entrance and a simply furnished dining room to the rear, is run by Javier Vega and Blanca Martínez, two cookies (and a couple) who have previously worked in prestigious restaurants such as DSTAgE (Madrid). Their cuisine is centred around taste memories from the past which aims to pay loyal homage to classic bar and "tasca" dishes, while at the same time reinterpreting these from a more contemporary gastronomic perspective and a focus on technique and creativity.
