Here, chef Kisko García decided to create a connection with the neighborhood in which great up, hence his creative cuisine (showed on two tasting menus - Old Quarter and Kisko García) that brings into the light the delight flavours and aromas of the Valle de Los Pedroches and Villanueva de Córdoba - the Andalusia that had such a positive influence on his childhood. Locally generated seasonal ingredients (organic whatever possible), fine flavours, teamwork and a positive attitude are all part of a delight experience, which starts at the entrance, continues with an aperitif in the kitchen, and ends at your table in the dining room.
