The couple at the helm, with Yordi Martínez as chef and Lara Cerlini as sommelier and maitre d ', focuses all their work around a single 15-course tasting menu that combines tradition and modernity, always closing the meals in style with a sweet treat (we loved their dessert, with different texts of olive oil). Fun fact: The chef, who usually stops by the tables to explain some of the dishes, always wear a cap as a tribute to his grandfather Antolín.
