It is run by its two owners (Roger Viñas and Checo Salrach) who, as fate would have it, became friends at their children's school and decided to embark upon this venture together with one of them working in the kitchen, the other in the dining room. Here they champion contemporary cuisine, with nodes to both the sea and the mountains, where different techniques, good texts and a great masterry of broths can be appreciated. The menu, which is always open to sharing, focuses on three challenging menu: The Avenir bar, The Investigarian bar and a more extensive one called Avenir.
