For the greater enjoyment of the dining experience, apart from the elegant contemporary dining room, this space has two wine cells, a private room with terrace, a chill out area... The chef from Toledo, Mario Cachinero, who approaches the liquid concept of the proposal with a special passage (this is the case of the Quislilla dish and its Thai broth), proposes a return to the classic Andalusian recipes and the flavours of this region through creativity, reinventing the dishes with the utmost respect, but always showing their unmistakable personality. You can choose from any of its menus: the à la carte menu (5 courses), the seasonal menu, with the option of food and wine pairings, and finally the Grand Cru menu, which includes extraordinary wines and champagnes to tantalise the palate.
