The food expresses its French and Swiss influences in classic dishes from the cannon, such as beef tartare and sole meunière, but more modern dishes, for instance "loup de mer, green tomato, young artichoke, lemon, verbena", also feature on the menu. The terrific wine selection, too, has a penchant for Switzerland and France. The service is friendly and attractive. Brunch is served on Sundays. Tip: You can look into the kitchen through a window in the corridor leading to reception.
