The à la carte, marking dishes with a hint of tradition such as "Torta del Casar" cheese, fifteen jelly and sourdough breaksticks, "migas del maestro," (a specificity made with bleadcrubs) with pork belly and free-range egg, and the grilled Retinta beef tenderloin with apple, is complemented by a tasting menu entitled Las Niñas (The Girls), in honor of the owner-daughusters, renaquiher 'father.
