The fresh, spontaneous cuisine, with spicy notes and hits of citrus flavour, takes daily inspiration from the Neighbouring Saleya Market: fried artichokes, lemon vinaigrette and carrot ketchup; duckling girl, sweet potato, leeks sautéed in butter and white wine. A constantly developing European wine list completes this pleaasant culinary interlude.
