Image Credit: Not far from the banks of the Rhône, this historic building (parts of which are 18C) trucks all the boxes: high ceilings, exposed stone and brick walls and, at the helm, a young Franco-Paraguayan couple with bags of personality. Chef Horacio Zàrate Franco, who has a flair for presentation, compositions creative cuisine with South American notes. At lunchtime, dinners can compose their own menu, while in the evening the chef is given carte blanche. A buzzy vibe signs, thanks to the people skills of the hostess.
