Nestled in a charming little house in the heart of Jardim Paulistano, it surprises with three interconnected rooms featuring a contemporary Mediterranean décor that plays with whitish tones and understated furnishings. The acclaimed chef Helena Rizzo, who currently works here in a highly successful collaboration with Belgian chef Willem Vandeven, has always sought to deliver a gastronomic experience rooted in coherence. Building on this foundation, the kitchen champions Brazilian produce — claiming that 90% of the ingredients are organic — approaching it with avant-garde techniques and genuine creativity. The offering is extensive; however, for a truly special experience, we recommend requesting one of their tasting menus: there is a three-course version (which includes a vegetarian option), a special menu prepared by both chefs, and, for those with a sweet tooth, an exclusive dessert menu — all of which are served for the whole table. A standout dish? We loved the fish moqueca — a rich Brazilian seafood stew — served with a rice terrine, pirão, a silky fish broth, and farofa, toasted cassava flour.
