In a side room of Tim Mälzer's bustling Bullerei, the two hosts, Jule-Fee Poll and Kevin Bürmann – both previously employed at Haebel – bring their relaxed, modern concept to life. Jule-Fee Poll looks after diners in a laid-back manner, combining professionalism with a charming, personal touch. Meanwhile, the chef-patron prepares the surprise omakase menu, which comprises five courses and can be extended to include the classic "Toast Hawaii" – this nostalgic dish, presented with a humorous wink, is hugely popular. He is also happy to jump in and help serve dishes and talk diners through them. Fun fact: The restaurant is named after the owners, "jfk" being the initials of their first names (Jule-Fee and Kevin).
