The interior is slick and smart, with a nice and lively laid-back atmosphere. The 20m-wide kitchen serves modern interpretations of sushi in many variations, as well as dishes such as teriyaki-style Faroe salmon or rump steak from the lava grill. Senior chef Werner Henssler also gets involved in the service. It is advisable to make a reservation, whether for lunch or dinner.
