Submit a Data Request

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and California privacy laws (CCPA / CPRA), you have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. This page is how to exercise them.

Your rights

• Access — get a copy of all the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure— request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Objection — opt out of specific uses (for example, analytics or marketing).

How to submit

Use the form below to submit your request. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12, extendable to 90 days for complex requests with written notice. For more details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Identity verification

To protect your data from impersonation, we'll ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This usually means confirming the email address on your Toucity account along with one additional piece of information only you would know (such as the approximate date you created your account, or the title of a listing you created).
